The contents consist of sheets with royal blue flocked inserts. These inserts each have two rows of holes so that the medals on the ribbon can be inserted at any position in the top row or - in the middle row of holes - the decorations can be inserted with a pin at the back. The insert is double-sided, so the pins disappear into the inner part of the insert and thus do not get in the way.
